Effective Date: 14th August 2026.
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the games, websites, platforms, applications, online services, digital content, payment services, and other related services provided by CIB Development Berhad (hereinafter referred to as “CIB Development”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services. By registering an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable game rules, community guidelines, event rules, promotional terms, or other policies incorporated into these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for, access, download, install, or use the Services.
CIB Development may amend, modify, or update these Terms from time to time. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the updated Terms will become effective when published on the relevant website, game, platform, or other appropriate channel. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or access and use the Services, unless CIB Development expressly states otherwise for a particular Service. Where a particular Service has a different minimum age requirement, the applicable age requirement stated for that Service shall apply, subject to applicable laws.
1.2 Legal Capacity
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
1.3 Additional Rules
Certain Services, games, features, events, promotions, or communities may be subject to additional rules, guidelines, policies, or terms. Such additional rules form part of these Terms and apply to your use of the relevant Services.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Account Registration
Certain Services may require you to register an account with CIB Development. You are responsible for providing true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 Accuracy of User Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the Services. If CIB Development reasonably determines that information provided by you is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, we may require you to correct or update the information within a reasonable period.
CIB Development may request reasonable information or documentation to verify account ownership, investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized access, comply with applicable laws and regulations, or protect the security and integrity of the Services.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account, except to the extent that the unauthorized use is directly caused by CIB Development’s fault. You must promptly notify CIB Development if you become aware of unauthorized access, suspected account compromise, or a security breach involving your account.
2.4 Account Sharing, Sale, and Transfer
Unless expressly permitted by CIB Development, you must not sell, purchase, transfer, lend, rent, share, gift or otherwise provide access to your account to another person. You must not use another person’s account without authorization. CIB Development may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account involved in unauthorized sharing, sale, transfer, or access.
CIB Development is not responsible for loss of access, Virtual Items, game progress, or other account-related content resulting from account sharing, transfer, sale, or disclosure of account credentials by you.
2.5 Account Ownership
Your account is provided to you solely for the purpose of accessing the Services. Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, you do not acquire ownership or proprietary rights in the account, the Services, or any associated Virtual Items or digital content.
3. Use of Services and Game Rules
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless CIB Development expressly permits otherwise, and only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any additional rules or guidelines issued by CIB Development.
3.2 Game Rules and Fair Play
You agree to comply with all game rules, community guidelines, anti-cheat policies, event rules, promotional terms, and other instructions applicable to the Services. CIB Development may issue or update such rules from time to time to maintain fair play, security, service stability, and a positive user experience.
3.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
-Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;
-Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, network, account, or data connected to the Services;
-Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software provided through the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
-Use cheats, hacks, exploits, automation software, bots, scripts, macros, memory-editing tools, packet-manipulation tools, or other unauthorized third-party software or methods that alter, automate, interfere with, or provide an unfair advantage in the Services;
-Modify, tamper with, or interfere with the game client, server, network communications, security mechanisms, anti-cheat systems, or other technical components of the Services;
-Exploit bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, errors, or unintended features for an unfair advantage, or knowingly distribute information or tools intended to facilitate such exploitation;
-Use the Services to conduct scams, fraud, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, or other deceptive activities;
-Sell, trade, transfer, or purchase accounts, Virtual Items, virtual currency, game content, or other digital assets outside channels expressly authorized by CIB Development;
-Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, defame, or otherwise harm other users, CIB Development personnel, or third parties;
-Upload or transmit malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material;
-Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, integrity, or performance of the Services;
-Use the Services in a manner that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of CIB Development or any third party; or
-Attempt to circumvent any access restriction, suspension, ban, security measure, or other technical or administrative control imposed by CIB Development.
3.4 Game Client and Updates
CIB Development may provide patches, updates, upgrades, fixes, security updates, anti-cheat updates, or other modifications to the Services. You authorize CIB Development to install or require such updates where reasonably necessary for the operation, security, compatibility, or improvement of the Services.
3.5 Usernames and Character Names
CIB Development may reject, modify, rename, remove, or restrict usernames, character names, guild names, or other identifiers that are offensive, misleading, impersonating, unlawful, infringing, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable rules or policies.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Ownership
All games, software, content, materials, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, text, images, audio, video, characters, game systems, data, interfaces, and other intellectual property contained in or provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to CIB Development and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, CIB Development grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.
Except as expressly permitted by CIB Development or applicable law, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, rent, sublicense, create derivative works from, exploit, or otherwise use any part of the Services or CIB Development’s intellectual property.
5. Payments, Real Money Transactions, and Virtual Items
5.1 Real Money Transactions
Certain Services may allow you to purchase virtual currency or virtual Items using real-world currency (“Real Money Transactions”).
By completing a Real Money Transaction, you represent and warrant that:
-You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
-All payment information provided by you is accurate and complete;
-You are responsible for charges incurred through your account; and
-The transaction may be subject to verification, approval, processing, and security checks by CIB Development and/or its authorized payment service providers.
5.2 Payment Service Providers
CIB Development may use third-party payment service providers to process Real Money Transactions. Transactions may also be subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policies, and procedures of the relevant payment provider. CIB Development is not responsible for failures, delays, errors, or interruptions caused by a third-party payment provider, except to the extent required by applicable law.
5.3 Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
“Virtual Items” include virtual currency, points, credits, items, rewards, digital content, and other in-game or digital assets provided or made available through the Services.
Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. CIB Development retains all ownership, title, and interest in and to Virtual Items and the underlying game content. Subject to these Terms, CIB Development grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to use Virtual Items solely within the applicable Services.
5.4 No Cash Value or External Transfer
Unless expressly permitted by CIB Development, Virtual Items:
-Do not constitute real-world currency and have no monetary value outside the applicable Services;
-Cannot be exchanged for cash;
-Cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for real-world value;
-Cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the Services or through unauthorized channels; and
-Cannot be used for any purpose other than their intended use within the applicable Services.
5.5 Pricing and Availability
CIB Development may change the price, availability, features, content, or functionality of Virtual Items or Services from time to time. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been successfully completed, except where required by applicable law or where a transaction is subsequently adjusted or reversed in accordance with these Terms.
5.6 Transaction Confirmation
Before completing a Real Money Transaction, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the transaction details, including the amount, payment method, and items or services purchased. A successfully completed transaction may not be cancelled or reversed except where required by applicable law, required by a payment provider, or approved by CIB Development.
5.7 Refunds
Purchases are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law, required by the relevant payment provider, where a purchased item or service was not delivered due to a technical failure attributable to CIB Development, or where CIB Development otherwise approves a refund.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
5.8 Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
You must not initiate a fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive chargeback or payment reversal, including a chargeback made after receiving and using the purchased Virtual Items or Services without a legitimate basis. Fraudulent or abusive payment activity may result in suspension or termination of your account and may result in recovery of amounts owed to CIB Development, subject to applicable law.
CIB Development may remove, reverse, confiscate, or correct any Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, rankings, rewards, or game progress obtained through fraud, cheating, exploitation, unauthorized transactions, or other violations of these Terms.
6. User Content and Community
6.1 User Responsibility
Certain Services may allow you to submit, upload, post, transmit, or share text, images, names, messages, recordings, comments, or other materials (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure that it complies with applicable laws, these Terms, applicable game rules, and the rights of third parties.
6.2 Prohibited User Content
You must not submit, upload, post, or transmit User Content that:
-Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, or obscene;
-Contains sexually explicit material or content inappropriate for the applicable Service;
-Promotes illegal activities, scams, fraud, or unauthorized transactions;
-Contains malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful material;
-Discloses another person’s personal data without authorization;
-Impersonates another person, CIB Development personnel, or a third party;
-Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person; or
-Otherwise violates these Terms or applicable rules or policies.
6.3 License to User Content
By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant CIB Development a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license, to the extent permitted by law, to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, distribute, and communicate such User Content for the purposes of operating, providing, maintaining, improving, promoting, and securing the Services.
6.4 Content Moderation
CIB Development may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, remove, restrict, edit, or disable access to User Content where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or applicable rules, or where action is necessary to protect users, CIB Development, or the Services.
7. Promotions, Events, Rewards, and Campaigns
CIB Development may conduct events, competitions, promotions, campaigns, lucky draws, reward programs, reload promotions, or other activities. Such activities may be subject to separate terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, participation rules, deadlines, and reward conditions.
CIB Development reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate a promotion or event, or disqualify a participant, where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, technical issues, rule violations, or other circumstances, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the relevant promotion or event.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 Suspension or Termination by CIB Development
CIB Development may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your account or access to any part of the Services where we reasonably determine that you:
-Violate these Terms or any applicable rules or policies;
-Provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information;
-Engage in fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or harmful activities;
-Use cheats, bots, unauthorized programs, exploits, or other prohibited methods;
-Attempt to compromise or disrupt the security, integrity, or operation of the Services;
-Engage in unauthorized account sharing, trading, or transfer;
-Conduct fraudulent or abusive payment activity or chargebacks; or
-Otherwise create a risk of harm to CIB Development, other users, third parties, or the Services.
8.2 Immediate Action
Where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties, CIB Development may take immediate action, including temporary suspension, restriction, removal of content, or disabling access, without prior notice. Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, CIB Development may provide an explanation or an opportunity to address the relevant issue.
8.3 Effect of Suspension or Termination
Upon suspension or termination, you may lose access to your account, Virtual Items, game progress, User Content, rewards, and other data or benefits associated with the Services. Except where required by applicable law, CIB Development is not responsible for loss arising from a suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.
8.4 No Circumvention
If your account or access is suspended or terminated, you must not circumvent the restriction by creating or using another account or through any other method, unless expressly authorized by CIB Development.
9. Service Changes, Updates, and Game or Server Closure
9.1 Service Modification
CIB Development may modify, update, suspend, restrict, replace, merge, transfer, or discontinue any part of the Services, including games, servers, features, content, items, virtual currency, events, or functionality.
9.2 Game and Server Changes
CIB Development may, at any time, make changes to, modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, server, game content, feature, game mechanic, progression system, or other aspect of the Service. Such changes may include, without limitation, merging or transferring servers, changing server configurations, resetting or modifying game content, and adjusting game mechanics, statistics, attributes, drop rates, balance, effectiveness, functionality, rankings, rewards, Virtual Items, or Virtual Currency.
Such changes may be made as part of the operation, maintenance, balancing, security, or development of the Service and may affect gameplay or other aspects of the Service. Users acknowledge and agree that CIB Development is not required to maintain any particular game content, statistics, attributes, drop rates, mechanics, balance, effectiveness, functionality, rankings, rewards, Virtual Items, Virtual Currency, or other game-related features.
9.3 Game or Server Closure
CIB Development reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or terminate any game, server, feature, or Service at any time, with or without prior notice.
Upon the permanent closure or discontinuation of a game or server, any unused or remaining Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, game credits, points, or other virtual assets associated with such game or server will automatically expire and be forfeited without any refund, compensation, replacement, or other payment. Users are solely responsible for using any remaining Virtual Currency, game credits, or other virtual assets before the applicable closure date.
9.4 Updates and Availability
CIB Development strives to provide stable Services but does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible, or error-free. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security incidents, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond CIB Development’s reasonable control.
10. Third-Party Services
10.1 Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links, integrations, payment facilities, advertisements, or access to third-party services or platforms. Such third-party services are operated by independent parties and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
10.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those third parties. CIB Development is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, or practices except to the extent required by applicable law.
11. Privacy and Personal Data
11.1 Personal Data
CIB Development may collect, process, store, use, and disclose personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
11.2 Purposes
Personal data may be used for purposes including:
-Providing, operating, and improving the Services;
-Managing user accounts;
-Processing payments and transactions;
-Providing customer and technical support;
-Preventing fraud, abuse, cheating, and security risks;
-Communicating important service, account, and security updates; and
-Other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
11.3 Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall terms governing your use of the Services. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how CIB Development handles personal data.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
12.1 Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CIB Development does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible, accurate, or free from errors, defects, or harmful components.
12.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CIB Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your access to or use of the Services, inability to access or use the Services, loss of data, game progress, Virtual Items, account-related information, or actions taken in reliance on these Terms.
12.3 Third-Party and External Factors
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CIB Development shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications networks, internet service providers, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, or other third-party services.
12.4 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
13.1 User Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIB Development, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:
-Your violation of these Terms;
-Your misuse of the Services;
-Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights; or
-User Content submitted or transmitted by you.
14. Force Majeure
CIB Development shall not be liable for delay, interruption, suspension, or failure to perform its obligations to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, changes in law, telecommunications or internet failures, power outages, cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks, failures of cloud or hosting providers, payment provider failures, labor disputes, or other events beyond CIB Development’s reasonable control.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through discussion and communication.
15.3 Malaysian Courts
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws and, subject to applicable law, the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.2 No Waiver
No failure or delay by CIB Development in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
16.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable additional rules, policies, or terms expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and CIB Development regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior versions or communications relating to the same subject matter, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
16.4 Assignment
CIB Development may assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale or transfer of assets, corporate reorganization, or transfer of the relevant Services. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CIB Development’s prior written consent.
16.5 Survival
Provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, payments, Virtual Items, User Content, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution, shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms.
16.6 Language
Where these Terms are made available in multiple languages, the English version shall be the controlling version. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
